Should postsecondary education be a provincial or federal responsibility?

A new system of of education similar to private schools

No government involvement regarding the education curriculum. Must be provincially or federally funded. Government must attain to strict and adhere policy to not tamper with the education system and curriculum; not to reiterate or change history; and to not deny science.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
