Should all public buses and trains run on electric power?

I would say yes and no

yes cause that's what our buses run-on with. no because we use a lot of fossil fuels to create electricity which releases gases into our atmosphere and we waste a bunch of earth resources in the result that we are destroying earth.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
