Electric but the generation could be diesel coal or oil (hemp) powered to produce the electricity

No, new ones only. Don’t replace those that use fuel and that currently function. The new buses and trains should be electric though.

Running busses on electric only power would take massive batteries. While I do like electric powered vehicles, I think hybrids are a better solution
