no, while batteries are harmful to the environment, fossil fuels aren't better, we should focus funding on finding a better source of power automotive vehicles.

Yes. Any new equipment purchases by local municipalities should follow the federal policies in order to show they are not sustainable.

I think buses and trains should be using a more sustainable type of power, electric is good but it still kills the enviorment.
