Should there be more or less privatization of hospital and healthcare services?

I was born with a condition and require blood products

The healthcare system gets clogged with people that abuse the free system yes, this is where privitization would be benificial but for me to have to pay for my medicine would bankrupt me. However, I do believe my life is not more important then the next.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
