This is a violation to the rights to free speach and freedom to protest, and it would allow those who use flags to symbolize hatred and fascism (swastika/nazi Germany, BUF, attomwaffen, fascist Italy, etc.) to spew their hatred unchallenged and would tell minorities that they are in danger of impending genocide and that their days are numbered.
