the question itself is vague, but if they entered illegally then yes, if it is safe for them to return to their country than yes, but otherwise it's really dependent.

They should serve their sentence in canada and not be deoprted afterwards. They can get citizenship in prison. If they dont get citizenship within their senence they can be deported sfter said sentence

Only if the crime they’ve committed is related to murder, drug or sex trafficking.

 @94C7ZJCfrom Alberta  answered…3yrs3Y

If they have committed murder or something that deems them a danger to society.

 @8VTTFBNGreenfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

depends how bad the crime is, and if its safe for them to return to there country

 @8VQTFYDPeople’sfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, depending on how severe the crime. shoplifting or vandilizm etc. , let them serve their time but like murder or grand theft Etc. the should be deported

 @8VLTQ8Hfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

I think it would depend on the crime because different crimes have different consequences.

There must be a bench mark of how serious the crime is. If it passes it, then the person must be deported

 @8SD6CQJfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

I believe that as long as they serve a jail sentence for their crimes, it doesn't matter to me personally whether they serve their time here or their home country.
