If we accept them as our own citizens, we should treat them as our own citizens. Justice should be blind and fair.

It should he addressed with equal treatment as a citizen. Especially if they’re wrongfully accused

Only if they are here illegally other wise they should just be jailed here like everyone else.

It depends on how bad the issue is, if it is really bad they could go to court, pay a fine, etc. But they can't leave the country until they are finished with the issue/is resolved.
