Only for a very serious crime that would necessitate exile and extradition to someone born in or native to the country in which it was committed.

The crime happend in this country, so he has to get what he deserves, here. If the immigrant gets deported, you basically sent a bad person to another country where he's going to continue doing what he did. It's better to put him in jail or send him back but even there, he should be in jail.

Should only understand only 1 immigrant has missed behaved and only the one should be sent back or punished.
