If it is safe to do so then maybe. However, deporting an individual because of a serious crime does not necessarily solve or fix an issue. The offender may still continue to commit crimes even after they are deported.

I believe it depends on the circumstances and the seriousness of the crime. I also believe they shouldn't be deported if it isn't safe for them to return to their own country

Immigrants should have the same sentence as somebody that’s not an immigrant.

Possibly it depends on how long they have been in the country and the severity of the crime

It depends on what it is that do if it's like being A serial killer then they should go back but if it's like light robbery it's okya
