if the person has committed other crimes in the original country and its safe to return their then yes. but also depends on the severity of the crime so federal crimes they would stay and maybe lesser crimes they get kicked out the country

As someone who has a member in their family having to be deported for a crime they had no involvement in, this shouldn’t even happen. If they have family here who are citizens they should have the right to stay in the country!

No, only if they have entered in the country illegally. If a crime is committed they should just serve their time like anyone else.

if they serve there time and be free and do another series crime then yes deport them because he does not want to change

Yes, but only if they are an illegal immigrant and/or the crime was strong
