Only if it’s safe back in their home country, and it depends on the crime, for example, theft can not be compared to something like sexual assault.

I think that it depends on the crime they commit. If it is a serious crime then yes deport them but if it is a minor crime and they have no record I think that you could let them be.

if they came in illegally they should be sent back to there country when it is safe but if they commited a crime here they should serve there sentences and be released.

yes only if that is an intentional and meditated crime as in stealing or murdering. Not traffic violations
