I believe both should be able to work together within the education system to ensure consistency, workflow, and staffing.

Education should not b as generating business . So my opinion is that support student and given access to all regardless of afford or not because purpose is spreading education and if someone don’t afford that also have to have access to education and student have a right to give funding to themselves and then they if could pay to college and universities they ll pay and if there is class and if who don’t afford they must accommodate as they may b potential so if the y ll get education they ll b empower so deprive any one from education ll b a disaster so there must b passion to…  Read more

Provincial should oversee but not be responsible for post secondary education

It's neither group's responsibility, I believe it's a public choice that falls the responsibility on ourselves.

France has an amazing education system for the youth. Moving towards that model. No private schools, so the rich are forced to donate money to the government to ensue there child has a good education. In the end all children benefit from this. Education is very important. All children are provided at lunch at school. Less stress for parents packing lunches, no food shaming -for those that are less fortunate. No child should go hungry. What’s the point of paying for a child to go to school and have an expensive education, if they can’t concentrate because they are hungry.

As of right now, I wish it was a federal responsibility because the Ontario Provincial government is making the education system worse each year since 2019

 @8PXFNGVLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Provincial, but with federal support for students and research support, and with the possibilty of federal accreditation of specific universities.

Postsecondary education is formatted to profit the government more than the teachers. I think education should have standards monitored by government, however the curriculum should not be affected by the government.

 @98R4FGBLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

it should be both provincial should do what they can and federal should oversee and help a province with lower populations and fewer post secondary institutions could need full federal support

Provincial so there would be more attention towards education at one place at a time, rather than the federal would have to worry for education in the whole country and some provinces won't receive as much attention than others.

 @amessinclairjLiberalfrom Saskatchewan  answered…4yrs4Y

Federal, to guarantee consistency countrywide and to support post-secondary institutions that need it, but not to regulate or interfere with the type of education being presented.

The provincial and federal government should both help with funding students and programs. No other involvement

I believe the government should step in to reduce the cost of tuition in Post Secondary schools due to the climbing costs of tuition and student loans. I believe it should be a federal responsibility so every Canadian has a responsibility.
