Depending on the post secondary education, I think the government should pay or help pay.

The government needs to give better supplies for schools. They should also make it so it is easier for children and teens who have a hard time with mental health that has been proven by specialized doctors to properly get their way of learning as well instead of tailoring to just the general mass.

Both. Sometimes provinces have no idea how to design curriculums and each school zone does different teachings. Currently the school system is not great
