Provincial, but with federal support for students and research support, and with the possibilty of federal accreditation of specific universities.

The government needs to give better supplies for schools. They should also make it so it is easier for children and teens who have a hard time with mental health that has been proven by specialized doctors to properly get their way of learning as well instead of tailoring to just the general mass.

Both. Sometimes provinces have no idea how to design curriculums and each school zone does different teachings. Currently the school system is not great

It should be free. Student debt sucks. Places such as Czech Republic have FREE EDUCATION!!!
