Cap it at a reasonable rate to ensure the College still makes money to pay their instructors/professors to ensure fair pay and fair pay to students.

Yes, but only cap tuition to each student's first year rate, in addition to being allowed to increase periodically for inflation

post secondary education should be free for all, provided students grades are within the norm. Should the student fail their course, they should then be responsible for the next term/year tuition. Education is a right, but it also is not a free ride. After graduating the student should then repay 1/3 of their education costs over 5 year period and remain in Canada for 5 years to expand Canada's economy. Indiginous people should be exempt from repaying.

Yes, and the government should provide free education to Canadian Citizens followed by a requirement that graduates work for Cnadian Government, Non profit or Canadian owned businesses for the number of years they studied as in Australia.

Yes, It should be tied to inflation to prevent the "cartel" like pricing educational institutions currently enjoy.

It's a difficult situation, as it could limit school's ability to provide more services to students as well as funding for other programs and research, but it could also really help some students as well with the high cost of living. I would say a middle ground is to form a students union so that there is a least discussion.

No, but Federal government (& private industries that are offered incentives) should increase scholarships and subsidize lower income qualified students.

 @8WW4CL8Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

people should only be charged tuition on their final year, because we have the right to learn. we should only be charged for the final year that we graduate, we still should pay for our own books ad etc,
