Why do you or the state get to have a say in who has the right to be a parent? What makes a queer person less qualified than a heterosexual as a parent?

Simple. As long as the parents classify as sane and pass all the maternal requirements there should be no problem.

Every kid deserves parents, it’s cruel to decide that a child is better off parent-less than to be adopted by same sex parents.

I think that having both a father and a mother figure in your life is important, but I don’t think those roles are gender assigned. I think gay parents would be just as good, if not better than straight parents.

if you are allowed to freely love your partner others should be able to do the same without judgement. If that is not what you like, good thing it isn't you. Accept society is changing and growing. LGBTQ couples are just as capable of having a child as straight couples. the same love and care is there. if not more.

People in the LGBT community should have the same adoption rights as heterosexual people as sexual orientation or gender identity should not be the thing affecting the factors on whether someone is fit to adopt a child and care for them.
