Yes, as long as the child has influence from someone of the opposite sex, such as a male or female grandparent, aunt/ uncle or nanny.

Adoption should be determined by the adootion agency. Take the government out of the equation.

Heteroseuxual relationships are better for children then gay or single parent scenarios however a single parent or homosexual couple makes a much better parent than foster care.
