There should be a hybrid system in place. Those that have the money should be able to go private hospitals and receive the care they are looking for, while still providing the general public the right to universal healthcare.

More private clinics and hospitals for elective surgeries. Allowing public hospitals to deal with emergencies to all and elective surgeries to individuals without insurance
