I think that providing more privatization with in the health care field would reduce wait times, that said I believe in universal health care, and think that Canada could do a better job of mixing the two sectors. That being said the reality is we currently have a doctors shortage so we need to increase the amount of medical schools.

We need a mixture system,
Both private and social.

For surgerys its all covered by the people through taxes.

For minor visits we pay a small fee (unless its an emergancy)

We have far too many good doctors leave for the USA for a bigger pay cheque, we need to keep them here.

This should also help reduce wait times

Subsidize naturopathic and holistic/preventative care and other paramedical services. Make them accessible and affordable to more people so less reliant on pharmaceuticals

Less, there should be no privatization of the healthcare and provide more fundings

More, so long as my taxes reflect that I will be paying out of pocket for healthcare.
