If there is privatization on healthcare services. The expenses should be a 100% tax write off.

Provinces should learn from each others good working plans. A nurse or dr should be able to work in any province within Canada. Our healthcare is in a crisis with the lack of staff. We lost a lot during COVID or through burnout due to overloaded work schedules.

there should be no privatization for hospitals as canada is a free health care system, but should be privatized for dentistry, etc. as it is not paid by the government

 @B44R32Mfrom Saskatchewan  answered…4wks4W

There should be better hospital availability to everyone, whether those are private or government healthcare services.

 @B3BP22Rfrom Saskatchewan  answered…2mos2MO

Public health care is critical but privatization should be included as long as part of the payment goes to the public system

 @B2KRJ74from Saskatchewan  answered…3mos3MO

Hybrid system, to offer options to those who can afford it, while freeing up space in hospitals that are not privatized who cannot afford privatized

 @9YMQZBKfrom Saskatchewan  answered…5mos5MO

Whatever means better care for the patients and better conditions for nurses and doctors and pharmacists, etc.

 @9RVGGSKConservativefrom Saskatchewan  answered…9mos9MO

The government should make sure that Canadians use what ever form of healthcare they feel comfortable using. Make sure that we have a strong public healthcare system and also make sure that private options are available to those who want to use them.

If the system was properly funded from the mass amount of taxes we already pay and less bureaucrats and dysfunctional management sopping up all the funding id say we wouldn't have such a problem. The people doing the hard work aren't being paid properly and the fat cats with a useless management degree and zero field experience need to go.

 @B2FC8CTfrom Saskatchewan  answered…3mos3MO

There should be a two health system. Where there is public funded healthcare. But, companies should exist, with regulations and laws in place, to provide private care to those who can afford to pay more for it. Sweden is a great example, as their health care is better than ours. We have to wait almost 5 hours for emergencies at the emergency room and there are not enough health workers to go around.

 @9GVZYQMfrom Saskatchewan  answered…1yr1Y

More, only if the free public services remain equally available. You should be able to pay for a privatized one to get quicker service. Or just go to the free public one and wait it out.

 @8GN4VMFfrom Saskatchewan  answered…5yrs5Y

yes i like how it is but if someone really needs something they should try and make a way for them to getting it

More, but there should still be free healthcare services, but for those who are in a hurry there can be privatized healtchare services.

 @8Z6P9KQfrom Saskatchewan  answered…3yrs3Y

I’m currently satisfied with the current system, though I wouldn’t mind a hybridized or split system (one privatized, one publicly funded to see what works, what doesn’t.)

 @8Y3QR3Bfrom Saskatchewan  answered…3yrs3Y

Less and all forms of Healthcare should be free including dental, mental and physical

Allow privatization with the government purchasing these services, like France

More, but standard of care need to be protected and max income/ cost caps need to be set for privatised services.

 @8K7KQ5Ffrom Saskatchewan  answered…4yrs4Y

I think that all hospitals should be accessible to everybody in the province and country

 @8GN4MSCNew Democraticfrom Saskatchewan  answered…5yrs5Y

Less wealthy citizens should be charged for services if they can afford it. People unable to fund themselves should be payed for.

 @8C5T5S2from Saskatchewan  answered…5yrs5Y

There can be more private clinics for people who can afford and dont want to wait for public health care, but there has to be obtainable healthcare for people that cant afford ot.

There should be a choice for both if you want to pay for a procedure to get it faster and can afford it, then you should be able to by choice

 @97YWP7Zfrom Saskatchewan  answered…2yrs2Y

I believe that privatization of healthcare services could be beneficial as long as it does not affect the current healthcare system
