Mix between both. Private health care for those who can afford to take strain off socialized health care

We need the baseline medical infrastructure we have, and its a blessing, but we do need to incentivize good doctors to remain in Canada by allowing a private medical industries to grow. I think a two tiered system should exist, for people in urgent need of a health specialist. Universal access has saved more lives, but the wait times are killing people. The reduced cost of perscription drugs due to access to generic brands is amazing though.

Things like diagnostic imaging review should be privatized more. Comical visits and essential life saving services should always be public

Hospitals should not be privatized. although I don't see harm in privatization of other healthcare service

More, but rather than decreasing the current amount of public health care services, you keep it the same and increase the number or private healthcare services for those that have the resources to bypass the majority population (this would reduce wait times for both parties and allow the possibility of advanced and urgent healthcare for those that have the funds)

Allow private clinics paid for at a fair market rate by the public purse to cover the areas that the public health system is failing in.

Government healthcare should exist and there should also be a private system for those who wish to pay for it.
