Less, and provide more funding towards mental health and other dire medical needs that aren't covered under MSP

 @9L8R794from Alberta  answered…1yr1Y

More, and if the public health care system doesn’t help in time they are defaulted to the private system at the governments expense.

 @9FDRXZ5Liberalfrom British Columbia  answered…2yrs2Y

Dual system, private for those that want to pay and public for those that cannot

 @9F8CVCNfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

Less privatization, recognizing there is a place for private sector in the health system (but they should always bill the province and never the patient).

 @96KV66YLiberalfrom British Columbia  answered…2yrs2Y

There should be more privatization and high fee for service to subsidize government funding

 @95NTYJMfrom Alberta  answered…3yrs3Y

More, for those who can afford to go that route and have the publicly funded services available to those who can not afford privatized services.

Yes, but public services shouldn't suffer, there should be the option if people want to pay for it

 @8VTHH7MNew Democraticfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Have a mix of both, privatized will also take help loads off waiting rooms and public hospitals

 @8VSFCQFfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Less privatization, funding should be spent on holistic healing for all

I don’t care, but they need to separate between health care and non medical for mental health because there mee predators looking for depressed minors and younglings just for money

 @8V97Z9QLibertarianfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Hospitals should not be privatized. although I don't see harm in privatization of other healthcare service

 @8V7SSGXfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Those who can afford private healthcare should have the option to get it. However, the system should not change. If anything, we need to add more funding so that more healthcare is covered. Examples being eye doctors and dentists.

More privatization that does not take away resources from public healthcare.

Have both options available, government funded and private, so if I don't want to wait years for a surgery or scan etc f, I can just pay to get it done right away.

 @8T8YDWXLiberalfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

I believe some level of status quo should be continued. There are certain benefits to some level of privatization but it should remain limited.

 @8T56SGMfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Healthcare needs to be exclusively public, but it needs to be more accessible, we need more online/distance services and more accessibility in mental healthcare

 @8T367HZfrom Manitoba  answered…4yrs4Y

Make privatization an option for those who want it while still offering universal healthcare as is

 @8SYLNDPfrom Quebec  answered…4yrs4Y

Neither, but enough private services should exist to meet the demands of those who would rather pay for services than use those provided by the public sector

 @8SL99XNfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

A double system like the U.K. could help relieve the public system somewhat.

 @8SD5W3Mfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

More, but as a faster way for those with money to get processed keeping the public healthcare the same

 @8QHTXTXfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

I think that there are some situations where patients need to be held financially responsible for self-inflicted medical issues so as not to burden the entire health system.

You should be able to choose private or public but have more funding in public

 @9CLG8BRfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

More, there should be an increase of privatization in hospitals and clinics however still have public medical provisions open. It should be by choice where a person wishes to go for the service and what they can afford.

 @9CBYTLRNew Democraticfrom New Brunswick  answered…2yrs2Y

There should be a dual system of privatized and public healthcare that both provide adequate care

 @9C2K6S8from Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

The current system is satisfactory however more government funding is required to make the system more efficient

 @9B83474from Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

More, but only if it help fill the gaps in healthcare and and incentivizes doctors to come to Canada

 @8VQZJTXNew Democraticfrom Quebec  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8R5BZB5from Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

More privatized hospitals but they should be allowed to take a combination of federal health insurance and private health insurance.

 @8PQMTNVLibertarianfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

Government healthcare should exist and there should also be a private system for those who wish to pay for it.
