Yes, anyone should be allowed to strike if they feel bad about something they don't agree with.

Yes, I'd go further as to say we should allow them to strike and any type of workers should be allowed to strike. But I do support Labour Courts, but not to stop them, but as a "Labour Oversight Board" Which I believe anyone 18 years of age or older should be required to serve on at least for 4 years, renewability unlimited, as soon as you turn 18 you'd be mandated to register for a position based off of courses taken in High School and taking in post-secondary, if you are in post-secondary.
