As Thomas Sowell famously said: you're not distributing wealth, you're distributing poverty. To support low income families, you would have to tax higher income ones. This would increase living costs for higher income families, and kill incentive to earn more, since that money is going into a pocket with holes. Also, consider this: low income "families" receiving funding from wealthier families creates a potential for a safety for poor lifestyle choices.

Perosnally I said yes so my question for people that said no is that why shouldn't parents/gaurdians get help for rasing children, espesailly if they can afford a lot od things or basic nessaties?
