Should prisoners serving life sentences for first degree murder be eligible for a parole hearing after 15 years?
No to stay in custody until the parent passes that they took the life from. Because their loved one will never come back. Unless it was an accidental death then…

Should the government increase spending on public transportation?
Yes and provide free transportation for low income people. But make it clad that they cannot share there passes or sell use of card. Thumbprint access only

Should the government fund research into genetic engineering for disease prevention and treatment?
Yes but not for creating the best soldier or person. Needs to be tightly regulated by independent gov and public people oversight
