Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
yes and no, they should provide a rehabilitation center where they get provided their drugs but everyday get less and less so they can get clean.

Should the federal government put a cap on university tuition rates?
no, but they should have free universitys with lower degrees so people can still do what they want with their life but just at a lower level/pay

Should funding for local police departments be redirected to social and community based programs?
yes and no because they should still have quite a bit of funding for safety but some of their funding should go to social and community based programs
