I don't think it should be Canada's responsibility alone. It is important however, to reduce emissions globally.

Within reason. If conditions are good, it reduces prices, and it is environmentally friendly and does not hinder with other residential buildings development.

If it can reduce housing costs within reason, yes. But it could also do more harm than good if prices don't decrease enough.

I think that extent of reporting is somewhat extreme, but art should be reported as it can easily be manipulated to provide unfair benefits to certain people or…
