Yes, this could be a helpful harm reduction approach for those with severe substance use disorders, but this needs be heavily managed/policed/supervised.

Should the government raise taxes on the rich?
No, it should be lowered slightly for the wealthy but not the extremely rich. Loop holes should also not be allowed larger corporations.

Should the government regulate artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure ethical use?
Yes, in terms of regulating how it's being used in schools. We should make slight changes to educational curriculums to ensure students are learning.
