Should the government mandate that large tech companies share their algorithms with regulators?
if the company has data from/about the local population then it should be mandatory for ensuring public safety and rights.

Should the government prioritize the maintenance and repair of existing roads and bridges over building new infrastructure?
They should do both work on the existing one and try to build new where required (only) to improve the transportation experience
