Should prisoners serving life sentences for first degree murder be eligible for a parole hearing after 15 years?
yes if the court case dose not have evidence that proves the victim certainly did it.

Should the government raise taxes on the rich?
some places in canada need a lower tax bracket and others don't and remove loopholes for company's.
