No. If someone is living in Canada they should be allowed to by a home, if they plan on living in it.

I think more should be done to help current drug users quit instead. Also more could be done to prevent relapses.

I am unsure how much funding the police currently get, but I think social and community programs could benefit from more funding.

It depends on that they're cutting. Education and healthcare for example, should not be cut.
