Should the government subsidize home buyers who make less than $120K per year?
Home ownership leads to urban sprawl. I'm for providing breaks to housing(renting or ownership), but not for detached homes.

Should the federal government put a cap on university tuition rates?
Caps should be put on institutions that rely on federal funding. If they don't want a cap they can go and be self funded.
