Should Muslim immigrants be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?
I don't agree with either one but there should be a possible screening for people that are entering from "high risk" countries. Others from "non risk" countries…

Should there be more or less privatization of hospital and healthcare services?
If you have the money to be able to pay for faster health care services at a privatized hospital, then you should be able to.
