Should prisoners serving life sentences for first degree murder be eligible for a parole hearing after 15 years?
Yes and do the psychological evaluation but if they commit another bad crime the death penalty should be reinstated

Should funding for local police departments be redirected to social and community based programs?
Maybe take some money from the police but the police are necessary. Don't abolish them and still give them lots of money.
