Should the government subsidize home buyers who make less than $120K per year?
This is a bandaid policy- it should go deeper into creating laws to not allow for sketchy realtors

Should foreigners be banned from buying homes in Canada for 2 years?
Are they foreign and living in the home they buy? They should not be banned. Are they foreign investors buying up property? They should be banned.
