Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
Yes however the issue of drug abuse should be looked at in a an attempt to help sober individuals then to promote substance abuse

Yes but it should help poor and low income families (less then 40k a year)
