i dont think age matters if you are 16+. i think it should be decided on if the voter is well educated or not

Should prisoners serving life sentences for first degree murder be eligible for a parole hearing after 15 years?
Id say so since some of these people are in for a crime they did not commit and need a second chance to speak out
