Private businesses should be allowed to decide for themselves, provided that there isn't an active pandemic that poses a significant threat to public health. Under normal circumstances, there should be provisions which allow for vaccine exemptions based on allergies or genuine risk of a hyper-inflammatory response, citing herd-immunity as a reasonable measure to reduce the spread and prevent mutations, thus protecting individuals who cannot be vaccinated.

Under pandemic circumstances, a business should also prioritize alternative working conditions, such as work from home models, reducing capacity, or staggered office days with proper desk sanitation protocols to prevent the spread of a virus.

Absolutely not! No mandates are required for government employees or large businesses, including unions. No one has the right to force anything into another's body period!

I think we need to establish a 2-week shutdown protocol, Federal support for those 2 weeks, and actual cooperation from the public, not what they might interpret as government control

Vaccinations are personal decisions but if infected public access should be limited for everything not just Covid

Government should not control the mandate unless government run (schools and vaccine mandate) business's can make their own decisions

I think that vaccinations against deadly diseases should be mandatory except with the cases of allergic reaction

The government should only require those working in industries such as services or any other that involves frequent close contact with the general public (i.e., people in restaurants and fast food, cab drivers, etc.). Whether people are required to be vaccinated in other industries should be up to the discretion of employers.

I think that the government should mandate vaccines in healthcare and some other industries, and require vaccination in large enough numbers to spark herd immunity.
