Yes, as it is often difficult to travel between provinces/territories without use of a privately owned & licensed vehicle. The current public bus system is either unreliable or has become decreasingly available.

Yes but it should be more of a municipal government thing. The federal government should still provide some funds though.

We have alot of transport we can get by and we defenitely dont need to spend more on railway tickets when we already have that thinking years ago in question that was finished, So no.
