The CBC is no longer a good news source. Nearly everything on there is boring fluff. Important issues are sidetracked or completely ignored.

Increase funding to public broadcasting. Invest in bi partisan public broadcasting so every Canadian has access to quality news. Every area should be required to have a public broadcasting station that works on radio and on TV. Every Canadian should be able to access the news and it should be non political and funded by the government.

NO CBC is so incredibly biased in some topics its after spreading misinformation about the aquaculture industry. If people are going to be informed they should have access to unbiased reporting of events.

The government should decrease the funding, because a lot of what we see on the news is either fake, dramatized, or straight up a lie.
