Why should I pay to raise your kids. We raise our own kids. If you can’t afford to have kids then dont

Daycare should be affordable for all and $10 per day for home daycare or centres. Pay the child care workers higher wages like teachers.

Either provide low cost daycare (federally funded) or increase child tax credit to support a parent to stay at home until their child is school age, or do both

Yes, only if necessary. But , I think assistance to new parents and better maternity leave would be more pertinent for it would allow the child to have parents more involved in the development of the child to help with their progression and the stability of the family, overall in the long term strengthening the community

families are struggling to keep up with the cost of living as it is. However, we should be able to have good, safe, quality daycares that parents can afford.

Yes, but only for low income families and single parents but I also think that each province should decide and take in different factors.
@9HCP7QV1yr1Y
No. The government should not be injecting itself into family matters or in the business of rearing people’s children. Cut taxes and spending so people can afford to raise their own children without state interference.
@9FRKFKN2yrs2Y
Childcare should be free for anyone that is not rich and the government needs to listen to educators on how to make that possible
