Any position that isn't letting the woman carring the fetus make her own decision and have the services to enact that decision is opresssion.

Those seeking abortion will do so regardless if it is legal, therefore leading to unsafe measures. A woman's reproductive rights are untouchable.

Every person should have autonomy over their own body and a right to choose as their choice affects the entirely of their life. They also could have conceived under traumatic circumstances such as sexual assault and should not be forced to go through with such a pregnancy.

A baby is, at one point, essentially a parasite and is not obligated the use of its host any more than people are required to donate organs - this is a choice.

Abortion is going to happen regardless of if it is legal, making sure it is safe and available will save lives

 @B4GZ8SFfrom Ontario  disagreed…2wks2W

If you think life begins at conception than you should have no issue taking in all these babies that aren't able to be taken care of

Unless men are being required to have a vasectomy if they don't want children, this decision is between a woman and doc

Since a large majority of those saying pro life are affiliated with religion, predominantly Christian, I would say that you’ve read your bible wrong and you are twisting the words of your sacred book to match your agenda.

That individuals have the right to their own bodily autonomy and dead bodies currently have more rights in that regard than women and birthing people.

 @B2W67C4New Democraticfrom Ontario  disagreed…2mos2MO

A woman should always have the right to choose what to do with her own body. Government intervention into decisions of that nature is inappropriate and overreaching, and just as the government has no place in the nation's bedrooms, it has no place in the nation's hospital examination rooms and medical clinics. Especially in instances where sex was forced onto the woman in question such as rape or incest, she should not have to suffer for the decisions of another person.

There are many different reasons someone may want to terminate a pregnancy, I think it is ultimately up to the individual carrying the fetus to decide what is best for them. We live in a time where the medical risk for properly terminating a pregnancy is super low and every individual should have the freedom to choose what happens to their own body.

The right for Abortion should be prioritized by women. For example, some who has been raped might not want to have their babies. Even though they were born, their mothers might don't like them because they were not planned in advance and they didn't want to have their kids with someone who attacked themselves.
Eventually, they have to cope with these problems by themselves and nobody will care fore them.
It could lead to serious situation at the end.

 @9H6SKNRfrom Ontario  disagreed…1yr1Y

It is the pregnant persons decision to give birth or not and seeing that minors have been forced to give birth to a rape child in the USA is absolutely horrific to see.

 @B3KQLB2from Alberta  disagreed…2mos2MO

There's not a compelling argument for letting the government tell people what they can do with their bodies.

 @9GWTMW3from Nova Scotia  disagreed…1yr1Y

Abortion IS healthcare, a non-viable fetus is not living in the way a living pregnant human is. Pregnancy is incredibly risky to one's health and serious medical consequences (including death) could follow if access to abortion is restricted, especially if the pregnancy is ectopic.

 @9GVMM4YNew Democraticfrom Ontario  disagreed…1yr1Y

if the barer of your child is not yet ready to have a baby why pressure them into it? if someone was raped do they still have to go through with having a baby?
