Why I think the death penalty should be used for heinous premeditated crimes is because for the person to pull off that crime they've probably been thinking about it for months premeditating something and then doing it is just cold-blooded and I think it can possibly deserve the death penalty.

These people have commited horrible crimes, and they should get what they deserve, and be forced to feel the same pain.

The death penalty has been proven in both our country's past and some parts of the USA that the death penalty sometimes times convicts the wrong person and the government ending the life of a innocent individual.

The death penalty is a cruel act, if someone is mentally ill and has the ability to be helped instead of being slaughtered I would much rather that.

if you were in the position of your daughter or son getting killed, would you want to see that person walking on the streets. I don't think so.

I believe that a life sentence in prison is enough to make a person suffer for their crimes. Most times they suffer from a mental illness and I believe that killing out of "revenge" isn't ethically correct.

Death is an extreme solution to any problem. It’s very often someone convicted of a crime worth the death penalty is mentally ill. And besides, rotting away in prison is a bigger punishment than death anyways.
