Decrease, and restrict what the government can spend it on
I am satisfied with the currrent amount but decrease aid to countries that harbor or promote terrorism
Decrease, only to countries who we are aligned with or allys with
I think it depends on the situation
Increase, but only for countries that need help
Stay the same until Canada has aided their own Canadian Citizens and Indigenous 4th world conditions.
Take Care of the People that are here first. Lots of Canadians need help.
Let's make sure no one in Canada is living in poverty first
They should but only if they know that the foreign country they are sending the money to will put that money to good use.
Use only when really needed for other countries during disasters to aid the people of the country and less the politicans
Yes, but only if funding is left over after spending on Canadian needs (healthcare, mental health, public services etc.) and only to countries that have no human rights violations.
Keep current spending with more oversight

Increase foreign aid spending, but allocate the funding to alleviate dependency and promote independent economic sustainability
Increase, but mostly to third world countries or disasters.

Increase, but depending on how necessary the aid is and how severe their human rights violations are.
Decrease temporally, I believe it is important that we on my important issues in our own country like a put your own oxygen mask on before assisting someone else.
Increase aid to countries that are impoverished and need it, but deny aid to countries that promote terrorism and racist views.
Increase, but deny any aid to countries that harbour or promote terrorism
increase only for those countries where human rights are being violated like Syria
Yes, in countries that suffer from war or civil unrest, famine, etc
