We should redirect these foreign aid spending to indigenous communities such as First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities to insure their health and wellbeing before helping people over seas as it’s important for decolonization.

Decrease until we fix our own problems with lack of funding for vulnerable Canadians: indigenous, disabled and poorer communities need that funding here first
@95V2Q8Y3yrs3Y
We .need to improve the quality of aid first
@93C3C3JNew Democratic3yrs3Y
Decrease, we should make sure that everyone has access to adequate resources in Canada first
As long as the aid has no malevolent alternative motives

Change the way foreign aid is given to countries. Does it do more harm than good?
@8VV3W4W4yrs4Y
we should spend money that we know will actually help them not just as a charity, no country will develop off of charity.
@8VTLBGJ4yrs4Y
Increase if it’s necessary
@8VD4SPFNew Democratic4yrs4Y
Aid in helping build up communities and giving money back to the countries that Canada has directly negatively affected. Do not give any more money or aid into foreign military.
@8V5QQBQNew Democratic4yrs4Y
More thought and care ahould go into where the money is going and whom it is helping.
Yes, but only if funding is left over after spending on Canadian needs (healthcare, mental health, public services etc.) and only to countries that have no human rights violations.
@8TZ74J64yrs4Y
Increase- on the countries that need it most More third world countries
@8TWPYKK4yrs4Y
To countries that are in crisis or in need we should help out in any way possible

@8KM7QR54yrs4Y
Increase, but we should not tie it to exploitative demands.
@99JK5VR2yrs2Y
Increase, but only for countries who need help
@99HK3422yrs2Y
Increase, but not for countries that commit human rights abuses
@99BR8D92yrs2Y
We should address the huge gaps that exist in this country between Indigenous populations and non-Indigenous populations first.
Neither, we should focus on building key buildings in other nations to help them.
@8CKRCH45yrs5Y
We need to end hunger, homelessness, and sickness here before we try to help the rest of the world
@8WCV5PP3yrs3Y
I think the US shoul decrease spending on countries that violate human rights and are cruel to its people and should increase spending to those who are experiencing crisises.
@8P6PWZP4yrs4Y
