Situation dependant. If we are in an okay state to lend a hand then I think we should. But I think we should put ourselves first.

This should be used strategically to build strong partnerships and trust with current and new potential allies. Of course if there is an event where we can help recover or prevent a giant tragedy then I support increasing foreign aid. But some of the programs are ridiculous.

Decrease, we should make sure that everyone has access to adequate resources in Canada first

Decrease, no country or state in the world should be sending money as we are all out of it. that and never sending it to countries that go directly against our beliefs

I'm satisfied with the current amount of spending. As long as the countries do not harbor or promote violent terrorism, and are in the most need of infrastructural help.

decrease until we have our first nations out of poverty and clean water etc but we need to be able to help out in situations such as the turkey earthquake or haiti
