As a Canadian citizen, I have the right to protest in a peaceful way against whatever I like

I should not be arrested, or be spied on or tracked just because I have protested for/against something. Bill C-51 should only be for people that have given a reasonable amount of evidence that they are endangering others or will commit acts of terrorism.
