Costs need to be controlled; currently we are paying more in delivery fees and carbon tax than actual energy usage.

For the past eight years government overreach and carbon taxes have plagued the energy sector and drove prices sky high. The government must stay out of the energy business and let energy prices float with the market, finding it's equilibrium price.
