Drug addicts everywhere stealing crime rate has risen 10 fold. Put them in a facility to rehabilitate or jail if they refuse to go for rehab.Putting up tents all over the city. The police have better things to do then spend their day giving Narcan to someone who od’s over and over again. Plus the fact that the people in charge of the safe haven imbeziled millions of federal funding. By the way were any of them ever charged or sent to jail?
